going further out on the east fork (north), into wine country, its really nice out there. baiting hollow, mattituck, cutchogue, all the way out to orient. houses were afforable out along that way a few years ago, and they have appreciated wildly because zoning has not allowing much development, so whatever got built zoomed in value.
