Last nite was thinking about what my favorite flicks were and The Goonies and Tommy Boy immediately came to mind.

TOMMY BOY is an under-rated classic and is Chris Farley's best work. Probably David Spade's too!

I think we should!

Another guilty pleasure not on this list is Steel Magnolias oh - and Fried Green Tomatos..

I must admit that Greek Wedding was an incredibly funny movie. Unfortunately, the sitcom spinoff stunk to high heaven.

Wow. All are second-rate movies at best. Sorry.

If we're talking about ladies from that time period, I'll definitely take Grace Kelly or Ingrid Bergman, although the latter did not age well at all. Grace Kelly--now there was a woman.

Your mention of Ingrid Bergman reminded me of CASABLANCA, another one of the all time greats and one of Bogie's best. Not on the list though. Who was surveyed for this one I wonder? And Grace Kelly in REAR WINDOW was the definition of beauty.

An Affair To Remember is a movie never to forget.

Sabrina is wonderful, so's Charade,

as are Grace Kelly's "To Catch a Thief"

and "Rear Window."

It's Cinderella. The ultimate chick story.

Cinderella was a virgin.

Julia Roberts character did the Lewinsky for $50.00 on Hollywood blvd.

Since all women were at one time virgins (some for a longer time period then others), I would think they would identify more with Cinderella. ;)

That would be an oxymoron, my friend.

Yes, I remember that one. Wesley Snipes looks like one of the Williams sisters. LOL

This part always cracked me up-

Vida Boheme: I feel like Miss Jayne Mansfield in this car.
Noxeema Jackson: Oooh, Jayne Mansfield. Not a very good auto reference.

"Would it seem trashier if I told you I watched them with a bud lite in my hand?"

I guess it seems a bit more trailerish than if you watched them with a glass of Pinot Noir.

Oh, I do love Where The Heart Is. I had forgotten about that one.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Grease. That's another one everyone I know can quote from, sing all the songs, etc.

Die Hard, Braveheart, Gladiator and Raiders of the Lost Ark all could fall into a "Chicks Favorite Beefcake Movies". I mean, I don't watch'em for the romance, more like the scenery ;)

All your top guy movies are from the last 25 years or so. Only Jaws makes my top 10, though most of your list is pretty decent.
