My first car was an 85 Cougar(10 years old when I bought it).

You were way too young to buy that car. My first car was a 67 Volkswagen Beetle. I also had a 63 Chevy pickup. This was in the early seventies, and I loved the pickup. I still drive Chevy pickups. I've owned a '63, '64, '72, '85, '95, '01 and '05. The only one I ever had a problem with was the 95, and that was because someone poured syrup in the gas tank. We yanked the straight 6 on the '63 when it had about 150,000 miles on it and replaced it with a 327 from a wrecked Camaro. It had a 3 speed on the column, and the old Chevys didn't have a high gear, but if you could shift that 3 speed, it was a heck of a stop-light to stop-light dragster. I left quite a few boys in their Camaros with automatics crying at the line. Don't try to top-end anyone in one, though.

At least it had a V8 :)

I had a popular ride at college though. 93 Explorer. I fit 13 in there at one time.
