Reparations to blacks is not the law. Sovereignty of Indian lands is the law. Promises and laws were repeatedly reneged on to the Indians to the point that they were awarded this right by Congress. I can not predict what will happen 200 years from now, but I bet this country (if still inhabitable) will be unrecognizable to you and me. This is not about unfair, its about the law.

Again you are incorrect about the law. They are NOT "sovereign" nations. The are "DEPENDANT Sovereign nations." The definition is that they are allowed to exist at the pleasure of the government. They were given land. Ther is NO contract which says they may ignore every law in the US. By law they may handle their own policing and certain other matters, but they are not exempt from every regulation. They are not a different country. They have no passports, army or "federal" government.
I have to say, after reading your posts I feel you are more about emotion and a feeling of "historical wrongs by American whites" than you are about factual knowlege of the subject. You do not reside in this state and seem determined not to understand. Hopefully at some point in time you'll be able to let go of the "feelings" and learn about the real situation.

Laws change all the time. Shucks, even the Constitution has changed until it's unrecognizable.
