I've seen first hand restaurants who have had a massive growth in business by the smoking ban. Why? After their meals, smokers tend to chit chat while smoking, loitering an extra half hour at the table while spending nothing. With the ban, the turnover has doubled, the wait for tables is cut in half, and revenues are way up.
I can't tell by your page what state your in. So I can't verify if your telling the truth or not. Personally, I think your having a pipe dream.
The fact of the matter is: smokers linger longer, tip better and are more fun to be around!
You talk about a resturant having such a super turn-over, you must be talking about Mother's Day!
