Not even government officials, such as law enforcement officers can trespass on a person's property. Unless invited onto the property by the owner they must obtain a valid search warrant.

Uh, try telling that to the health department when they come to inspect your restaurant. Try telling that to your local beverage control agency when they come in to inspect your bar/liquor store. Try telling that to the local police when they come in to check for underage liquor or tobacco sales ...

Thanks for making my point. The government can't be trusted and has no valid reason to engage in any of those activities. The primary responsibility and focus of government is intended to protect and uphold individual rights and individual property rights from the initiation of force, threat of force and fraud.

It's obvious that you support enlisting government agents to act on your behalf. as your surrogate to initiate force force against innocent people that are minding their own business. You're an enemy of free people.
