Who was it here that said he liked to walk around non-smoking areas with an unlighted pipe because it pisses them off so bad.
I don't remember who said that....but I personally know many non-smokers who keep unlit cigarettes around in order to cause the same reaction!!!!!
Same thing with a ciggarette, Walk around with it in your mouth without being lit and watch the people freak.
Now that is a really great idea, I think I'll try that at one of the LA beaches that baned smoking

Works at department stores, shopping malls, restaurants, outdoor concerts, at the beach, walking down the street.
I am working on getting a supply of imitation cigarettes to defuse the expected tactic of claiming that their neurosis sensitivity is so exquisite that the mere presence of a cigrette, lit or not, within 200 feet will ruin their clothes and sent them into shock.
And the moron city councils and boards of supervisors would buy the argument!
