If it's smoking today, it'll be sodomy tomorrow. Remember that, gay leftists.

The most apalling tyranies can and will be imposed under cover of "the public health." Beware of anyone who imposes on you "for your own good."

We have this 'No Smoking' insanity in restaurants in Florida now...
Whenever I stop for a well-deserved adult beverage in a saloon after a hard days' work, I always order a Crown-Royal-and Soda - double, and while the bartender is mixing it, I light-up my usual Merit Ultra-Light.
When they tell me I can't smoke, I tell them that I have no use for their whiskey, and I leave.
I think of it as passive-up-your-a$$ resistance.
When enough people cram-it to the restaurant industry, they'll beg for a law-change!
Or I might be eating take-out at Tiki-Bars! Who cares?..............FRegards

Only if I was really desperate would I accept a job where smoking was allowed in the office. It shouldn't be illegal though.

If I want to be nannied by the government, I can stay right here in New York (and I wish I didn't have to do THAT).
Until Ireland comes to its senses, I won't be visiting.

There was a sound bite on the CBS radio news this morning from a Dublin bar owner; he said that the tourists will have a hard time understanding the ban, because you can't smoke a cigarette in Dublin, but you can go to Amsterdam and light up a joint. The commentator ended the piece with his own liberal spin: "of course, restaurant owners in New York City have seen a 9% increase in sales since the smoking ban there" (paraphrased).
