There must be an absence of "real" crime there. Jeez! One joins a private club to be with ones own kind! I think if I were an owner of a Private Club, I'd be lawyering up.
At this rate, they'll be coming after the Fraternal Organizations for smoking and gambling.

Already have in parts of MA. The new ban will allow those groups to have smoking as long as the local towns have not outlawed it in private clubs. As most have.
