CT has even shutdown the bar smoking completely.

That's exctly what they did in Delaware just about a year and a half ago. The only thing that has kept some places I know in business is the fact in addition to their bar license, they have a license for sale of alcohol for off premise consumption.

If you think they'll stop here, you're so wrong.

Believe me, I know. I'm not familiar with the exact wording of the CT ban, but the DE states specifically "tobacco." Several places I know of are getting around that by no longer selling regular cigarettes, they only sell the herbal brands (not marijuana)and at least one has twice beaten fines because the gestapo could not tell if patrons were smoking the herbals ortobacco cigarettes.

One of the prime sponsors of the ban is not happy with that and has already stated she is going to look into addressing that "loophole." part of my reason for going to Delaware today is to help with discussions about that.

Good luck with addressing the "loophole".

I can't believe these antis,the whole point of their argument has been the danger of Environmental TOBACCO Smoke.
