Cigars are definitely the lesser vice of cigars and cigarettes. Good cigars smell better than cigarettes and can be enjoyed without inhaling, the practice of choice for many cigar smokers. Unfortunately, the proposed smoking plaza must allow cigarette smokers, whose acrid smoke assails the nose and eyes and clings to clothes and hair.
