Yeah but very little of the debate here is about property rights if it doesn't support a smokers addiction.

I wish that were true. I especially wish that were true for restaraunts and bars as well.

If there is a law against smoking in the workplace - obey it.

If the laws go too far - change them.

LOL...They want it both ways. They don't want the government taking "property rights" from business owners who want smokers but they also want the government to force business owners to accept smoking anytime anywhere.
