Evil Conservative Radio ^ | 01 Mar 09 | EC

RNC Chair Michael Steele on CNN's DL Hughley show last night... I think the correct message would have been along the lines of "I'm the political leader of the party, but Rush delivers our message with punch and humor every day to millions of Americans..." Oh well.

Why are (some) Republicans pandering to black people instead of appealing to all the conservative people who happen to be black?!

It’s only by following people like Rush that the GOP can take power again.

What? Is he nuts? That was one of the greatest speeches I've ever heard. It was better than any of Obomas, because it wasn't full of slithering, pandering platitudes. It was the truth. What is Steel thinking?
I just lost all hope for Republicans. Rush gets everyone all wired up for a 2010 take over, and Steel puts a lid on it?

No wonder Republicans lose. The ba$tards are afraid of their own shadows.

I have another link to the video as well as another video with Steele talking about Rush. A transcript will not be helpful. You can tell when he is speaking that he actually means that it is the nature of the talk radio beast and is not a shot at Limbaugh.

I will never give the Republican Party another cent until they quit acting like panty waists. Screw them. The country is turning into a shithole and these cowardly Republicans cower before Obamabots.

One thing I know is: at the end of the day, the brothers stick together.

Something white Americans had better remember how to do. Seeing as they are being targeted by the left.

Oh, sorry, that was just the evil “white construction workers” that are being targeted for exclusion.

My bad.

That's not sweetening the deal much.

I will give Steele a pass on this after watching the video. Still not sending money or helping in any way until he fixes the problems in the RNC.

Better to weaken the party so a true leader rises.

Time to get rid of the Republicans and start from scratch.

Are you advocating a third party, or making the GOP a truly conservative party?

So Steele's not attacking Rush, but he's still a pu**y?

Two years ago I would have with you. And I still tend to agree with you. But the GOP and the politicians are just so good at fooling the people into believing their conservative right before an election that it is almost impossible to convince enough conservatives to vote them out.

With Obammie and his Commies, I'm about ready to say, “we've hit rock-bottom. They're going to enact everything I feared enough over the past years to vote with better-a-RINO-than-an-outright-commie mentality. So, let's trash the GOP and rebuild a new party that represents sanity.” (Almost, but not completely. I'm at that 51% to 49% point.)

“...not a shot at Limbaugh.”

That depends on what your definition of “shot” is.

Give me a break.

At the very least he’s not very adept at double-speak.

The last thing the right needs now is a two-faced, sell-out with “principles” that morph depending on the audience, or the race of the audience.

This is for Democrats—but it makes for some very humorous BAD ACTING.

Well that was quick.

Steele should be thanking Rush for showing how it’s done.

Twerp. You just ceased to exist in my universe, you puerile nonentity, Mr. Steele.

That’s sad. Just when it looked like Steele was clearing himself of the RINO label (with his excellent response about “civil unions” on Mike Gallagher’s show), he has to go and wimp out like this.

Why is it only “incendiary and ugly” when Republicans do it? If a ‘RAT had given this speech, the “media” would be tingling all over themselves about it.

Yeah, well, I think there are many in government that would fit nicely “under the bus”.

I believe the preservation of our sovereignty and freedom may soon depend on that sometimes very necessary evil.

The anti-Steele posts on this thread are garbage.

People who can't think for themselves are idiots. There are very many of them on this thread.
