You'll be interested to know that from the story you posted for me on Typhoon Cobra, dozens of people have made contact with me and I ran into another survivor right here in California.

In addition, author and journalist Robert Dorr has done an item for Navy Times news and I've invited both of these folks to share the Freeper Foxhole experience.

Lastly, please help us continue to circulate the Support Petition for OUR Commander in Chief. The response in the other FR areas have been less than sterling, given the great job GWB did in the polls after the State of the Union address to the nation. We all saw what the media tried to do... it failed and the country stands solidly behind him. I believe that most of our great veterans would agree. Freeper Foxhole is the place to find them.

I track each source of new petitions signed from out webpage. With 66,000 or so Freepers, to date, 8 have signed up. That said, the nation is responding and I'm proud to be a small part of this effort. Here's the numbers so far:

Thanks for signing the petition... pinging you with a report from the Freeper Foxhole in hopes you'll pass it along as well. Tell those Grangers that are also veterans, this bunch is the friendlist and best Free Republic has to offer and they do great honor the hereos of this nation, past and present.
