This is for the media and those who would call us "Pro-War" because we object the methods of the "Anti-War" bunch. First, I call that group the "Anti-Everything" bunch and yes, just like a "bunch" of carrots, they appear much the same. They claim anti-war while attacking EVERYTHING this nation stands for.
I don't know one person in our ranks that relishes the thought of war. Do you? What's ironic, is the strange bedfellows that one finds when wearing the badge as a Patriot Defender. Take The Grange, the farmer and the rancher... countless are the number of American heroes that came from the fields, the saddle, the tractor, or the stockyards to take up arms in defense of our way of life. In each one of them and in the hearts and minds of their loved ones left behind, that line from Isaiah has personal meaning, "they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more." (Isaiah 2:4)
Is that not the world we strive for? Go ahead, call us Pro-War.... I think we're big enough to take it, because our brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers forged plowshares into swords to defend the very rights you have, trying to trash our way of life. Today we don't struggle with what the definition of "is" is... we know what it is... it's leadership, a moral compass, solidarity between the brave and those who are proud of the brave and a commitment to keep this nation strong while you strive to divide. God Bless OUR Commander in Chief... for being IN COMMAND and the trust he engenders in most Americans.
