When I came back I ate salmon, crab, oysters, shrimp, halibut, rockfish I caught, dug, trapped because other than wild berries that’s all I had to eat. Didn’t help.
You may have a genetic predisposition to these issues. Does anyone in your family have alzheimer’s or a related issues. These issues typically get really prominent in the over 70 set.
