The Box Tops came to our EM club in Bangkok. That was one of the songs they covered. All the guys were singing along with them. It was a special event so gf's were allowed on base. All the gf's including mine, got really pissed at us. They concluded that we all wanted to get away from them, and from Thailand.

Totally illogical of course, but normal behavior for Thai women.
