To paraphrase Bernad Fall the Hurtegen Forest was "Hell In A Very Rotten Place" From most pf the accounts that I have read it could have been very easuily bypassed IIRC. perhaps the Americans where at this stage of the war in France where suffering from that all to common maledy. Victory Disease.

Morning alfa6. Looks like it may be a decent day. Gonna take the vinegar we have and give it a try, then the ammonia if that doesn't work.

I tried that once, not for me, I found that after a short period of time my body got tired. Oh 10-15 mins a month it's good for you, but anything more than that is a bit...excessive.
