All-in-all, it was a great way to spend a couple of days.

Here be my observations on FreedomFest 2004. We had a GREAT time and met a lot of really GOOD people. 'Course, anyone who believes in
FREEDOM and
Constitutional Governance is by (my) definition, GOOD PEOPLE.

"After the debate, Dinesh D'Souza approached Harry Browne and offered to shake hands. Ol' Harry just turned his back and walked away." Well, some people just don't like being educated. Thank you very much for the ping.

It is so good to know there are still true patriots out there. Thank you!

"...I got a little loud with some IDIOT who came up to our booth and started badmouthing Vietnam Vets. I must confess I sorta lost my temper with him and sorta verbally beat up on him, but he left the area and things went back to normal."
He was also trying to say that if we REALLY support our Troops, we would be more effective protesting the Bush administrations WOT policies. I tried to make him understand that our sons and daughters just follow orders. He just didn't get it. I was reminded on that graphic from some anti-war protest that has masked cowards holding a sign, "We Support Our Troops Who Shoot Their Officers."
When I saw your hat come off and you moved into his face, I figured that was the time to try and diffuse things. Gotta play nice, Neil...:)

Neil, it was a great pleasure to be a booth neighbor to both youse guys!
I am sorry I missed your "debate" with that fool. I would have bought a front row seat.
You are so spot on re: Browne v. D'Souza
D'Souza cleaned his clock and left Browne muttering repeatedly "At What Cost?" after he castigated D'Souza for using so many platitudes...lol
I've read D'Souza over the years and had been impressed with his intellect but I was pleasantly surprised at how well he speaks and how well he handles Q&A & hecklers.

Nice table, Neil!
Could you send me a few pocket constitutions that I could put in my care packages for the troops? I ran out of them last year. Just let me know how much and where to send it.
Cheers!
Patty
