Ever do a "monkey pop" as I've heard it called?
Have the bowstring snap against your forearm?
Did that with a 55 pound draw compound bow.

Never heard it called that, but yes. That's why girls have to wear (should wear) the arm guard. Our arms rotate when we hold a bow. OUCH!
