Back in the late 80's, popular Science had an article about 3D imaging radar.
They also had an article about making the whole entire skin of an aircraft into a radar emitter..
Not sure that would be a good idea, it may have some benefits or it may not.

Good morning, snippy! And SAM! And everyone here!
I'm glad our military had those things, the flame-throwers....they saved a lot of lives on our side when the Japanese enemies hid in caves.
I read Darksheares comments about using them on woodchucks....but I'm thinking a flamethrower would be perfect against gophers! Me and my dogs had an awful time with gophers once when I rented a farm. They ate EVERYTHING. Well, everything the deer didn't get first! LOL

Probably. Some didin't have the proper range finding equipment for engaging navel targets though.

Just don't use the flamethrower in heavily wooded areas. :-)

My mother-in-law told me exercise helps her burn
off the calories. I told her a flamethrower would be quicker.

I've an idea. It's snowing out just now and I'm thinking a flamethrower would make fast work of the snow and we wouldn't need to shovel!

Sometimes it's better to light a flamethrower than curse the darkness.

If they'd had the proper equipment, our D-Day losses would have been much higher.

Hmmm..
Burn calories AND remove snow too.
An excellent trade off!

Sometimes it's better to light a flamethrower than curse the darkness.Probably most times. LOL.
The comics are perfect and I can just imagine you and Darksheare trying to finagle a flamethrower if you thought there was even a remote chance of getting one. Ha!
