Unfortunately, this is the issue:
“Three-quarters of the states must ratify any proposed amendment before it becomes a part of the Constitution.”
The likelihood of this occurring is slim to none.
The odds are absolute ZERO. I never understood articles like this or the people who hold hope in a CoS.
