I stopped watching almost all tv news, but I’ll give Fox and Friends a try this morning.
President Elect Trump’s Thanksgiving message was perfect. I hope people who didn’t vote for him will listen to him. :-)

They have seemed to keep most of the political stuff off this am. No Juan, no whoraldo, etc.
There were pies and then there were breakfast pies. Dough was flour lard and salt with Occationally added cinnamon, butter for pie tails.. (Also breakfast cookies—oatmeal/raisen/nuts )
Mom loved to bake. (She wasn’t much of a day to day cook )
Made an cranberry pie for dessert today...dad made cranberry apple sauce...mom made stuffing and my sister made pumpkin pie...
Sounds like real scratch bake yummy hoosiermama, used to scratch bake all kinds of breads and cookies especially around the holidays. Think I’ll dig out the baking pans and get cutting.....
Cooking together as a family is one of the best parts of the day !

We’re doing Cracker Barrel. No sense of overdoing it with the dressing and pie. Our family has a lot to be thankful for. Much answered prayer this year. GOD is good.
