Ronpaul is a boil on the butt of America.
He should be lanced and removed before infection sets in.

Yes - if nothing else, he focused on individual liberty and the Constitution...something the rest of the GOP has forgotten. Just look at following too - Ron Paul’s ideas excited people; made people passionate about our constitution...the last time that happened was under Reagan. I don’t hold with his foreign policy, but he stimulates thought and interest, and that alone makes him a positive, and I say, welcome member of the GOP.

The question should not be is [Ron Paul or anyone] good for the GOP, but is [Ron Paul or anyone] good for the people, for the country.

I like Ron Paul on a lot of issues, he’s pro-life, pro-gun, for small government, is sponsoring audit the fed bill, is for a strong dollar, against the United Nations, World Trade Organization, and International treaties that take away our sovereignty.
I would take him as President right now above Obama, McCain, or even President Bush. I don’t agree with Ron on some of his foreign policy but he has a consistant philosophy of non intervention no matter which party is in power.

We need Ron Paul like the Dems need Kucinich. The rest of the respective party wants to look `normal` in comparison.

If the Ron Paul-ites would have prevailed in the 1940’s, we would have had to fight whoever won between Hitler and Stalin on our doorsteps - rather than over there. Not to mention Japan.
Those who fail to learn from history are destined to repeat it. I guess history means nothing to the Ron Paul-ites.
