Let me put it this way. You and some of your cohorts don't consider us Wesleyan-Arminians to be "believers." Your chart spells that out. That pretty much renders anything else you have to say to me irrelevant. And that's why I won't play your reindeer games anymore.

If you subscribed to DouglasKC's version of "Binitarianism", I'd call your beliefs a Heresy also, and urge you to Repent them. Nothing Personal -- just Truth and Charity.

Rather than simply admit that Arminianism is, in fact, HERETIKOS -- the false doctrine of "Human ability to choose", as defined by the Ancient Christian Church -- you prefer to pretend that this is personal (even though we both know, it's not).

In short, you'd rather falsely and unchristianly accuse me of attacking you personally (which I have not done), than dare to confront the HERETIKOS nature of Arminianism as defined by the Greek Terminology of the Early Christian Church.

That's why you won't play Reindeer Games, anymore.

Nope, I'm not pretending this is personal. I used to think that. I got over feeling personal about what you guys think a long time ago.

Are you saying that you believe that one can be both a believer and a heretic? I am most definitely in the column with John Wesley. Whether you consider us heretics doesn't matter to us.

Or to God.

I won't play your games any more and I'm studying elsewhere because I readily admit you can out debate me.

So can Satan.

But don't take that personally.

First, it would not matter what any Church Father said about anything, only what the Scripture says.

Second, Predestination was not an issue of any major debate until Augustine of the 4th century.

Imagine my shock when scrolling through this thread and finding me mentioned.:-)

Of course the bible happens to agree that the father and son are the only "persons" that make up the Godhead in heaven...and further that the Holy Spirit is their power and glory working in the created universe.

And btw, I would urge that you give up your heretical, unbiblical viewpoint that is a perversion of the gospel and based primarily upon tradition. Nothing personal though, just truth and charity. :-)
