This guy seems to be quite ignorant of the fact that the Catholic Church already has a married clergy.

Do you guys not consider deacons to be clergy in the US?

We do, and we consider Eastern Rite priests to be clergy (though I don't think the "suspension" of married Eastern Rite priests in the US was lifted until this year), and we consider married Anglican dispensation priests clergy.
