Poor Father Zigrang. I cannot believe he is kicked out of his parish for saying the Mass that was said for centuries.
If he would have had a teenage male lover move into the rectory, I wonder what his bishop would have done.

The bishop should have prevented this. Of course the priest is being disobedient,but the bishop is abusing his discretion.

Probably nothing. But then saying an unauthorized Tridentine Mass is a far worse offense than pederasty. It's amazing how fast these bishops can act when they want to.

Fiorenza is a suspect of the first water--a committed liberal with a capital L.
That said, I think Fr. overstepped his bounds by a WIDE margin--I would be sympathetic if he offered only 1 Old Rite Mass, leaving the other two as NO's.
That would have been more defensible, albeit still a bit pushy.
