Those criticizing him do also. They will tell you that Traditional Catholics ought to accept the NO Mass because of the Real Presence on the Altar, and yet faced with the reciprocal they squeal about how people were "unprepared". For what? Our Lord? Turning the tables reveals the fairness involved. If it is fair to exclude the Tridentine, then it is equally fair to exclude the NO Mass. Either way, the Modernists would claim, the True Presence is the issue. BUT, when faced with the True Presence, the Bishop tries to have the validly ordained priest shut up in a nut house. The Smell of Satan hangs about this case.

Not only over this case. The whole history of the past forty years makes no sense except as a great moral disaster.

I guess that is why I find this whole situation particularly troubling and chilling. And Father Z is a courageous priest. I'm sure he knew what would happen as a result of his actions. Too bad that celebrating the Tridentine Mass is a worse offense than pederasty, sodomy, or heresy.
