Let me recommend New Oxford Review. Excellent monthly (11 issues, July and August are condensed), very conservative, orginially Anglo-Catholic and it crossed the line to Orthodox Catholic (ala Newman) a couple of years back. Excellent monthly, and Crisis hates it, so it has to be good.
