IMO, the author presents two separate points. One is political, that the Jesuits are evil and in control. The other is his religious viewpoint.... how he makes sense of this evil in terms of his own religious/eschatological beliefs. That he may be off the mark in his analysis of how things will play out, does not mean that he is wrong about the intentions of the Jesuits.
Time will tell if his religious opinions are correct or not. As for a conspiracy within the vatican, if even half of what he has written is true, it would at least give me pause.
