Would the American Church even comply with such an order?Maybe its finally time to heal the schism with orthodox traditionalist Catholics and push the schism with heterodox liberal dissenting Catholics (including many bishops here.)

Maybe its finally time to heal the schism with orthodox traditionalist Catholics and push the schism with heterodox liberal dissenting Catholics (including many bishops here.) Huh? What? There is no schism where it concerns those who faithful to both Church and tradition. After all, we must obey God first and foremost (Acts 5.29/DR), which means rejecting the novus ordo service and all in Vatican II which conflicts with true Church teaching.
Now, let's turn the tables around for a second. It has been shown in history that after a schism, the schismatic group starts venturing off into heresy. Look at the schismatic Eastern "Orthodox" church and the Anglicans. Both accept or allow divorce. . . both reject the teaching on papal infallibility (as per Vatican I). Today we have the heretical teaching on collegality, which puts a national conference of bishops (or the entire group of bishops, depending on the occasion) above the pope. That's pretty much a schismatic act right there. After all, the NCCB/USCCB has gotten away with the ban on kneeling before receiving "communion" at novus ordo services. They can't even play by the new rules!
With collegiality in place, we can now see a new religion taking shape, courtesy of the post-conciliar faction. Loaded with heresies, too.
So, when was the last time you heard or read anything from a priest, bishop, or supporter of SSPX, SSPV, CMRI, or any other traditionalist group that was heretical?

As to suburban churches not fit for the Tridentine Mass, do you think that the space stations and arenas can be converted to the purposes allowing functions consistent with their architectural form: warehouses, storage units, theaters, indoor polo facilities, or whatever, and sold for such purposes to produce the money top build actual recognizeable Churches? You are certainly right, as ever, in suggesting that the anti-schismatic Cruise missiles be turned, at long last, toward the PT boats of the Kumbayan lavender-loving AmChurch. Let us do our part!

Do you realize the incredible contradiction of terms in declaring a Catholic to be schismatic for simply KEEPING the ORTHODOX faith, as it was revealed and practiced for 1500 years PRIOR to the oh-so-lofty Second Vatican Council?
The "American" Catholic Church is just that--AMERICANIZED, as in that sweet-sounding and seduceing siren of death--"democracy," as in that bold procalmation common to all heresy: "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!"
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The bold declaration of "independence" that was the revolt of Lucifer against God: "I shall not serve!"
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The same three lies used by the Devil to tempt Eve, setting mankind--God's creation--squarely against the creator God: "You shall be like God...;"
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The discourse of the enlightened ones during the Renissance: "We are smarter than God;"
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The creed of the heretical followers of Luther, Calvin and Zwingli, et al, during the Reformation;
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The demand of Henry VIII against the Roman Catholic Church;
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The crocadile tears of the Puritan cult--"victums" of the "new" Church of England;
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The battle cry of the colonials in the American "War of Independence;"
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The merciless bloodlust screed of the masonic butchers, and their Reign of Terror during the French Revolution;
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The call to arms of the 1917 October Revolution, and every communist uprising ever since;
--"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!" The same damnable Godless, self-esteem-driven, situational-ethic based egoism, now lofted on high around the world by the French Declaration of Human Rights, and the United Nations' Humanist Manifesto.
Incrementalism begets heresy, and heresy begets the Mass "transformed"--the Mass "renewed"--the "Mass" that is not the Mass, but is a counterfeit--an imposter called the Novus Ordo.
Shismatic orthodox Catholics? Indeed!
