Don't worry. The Tridentine Mass will remain an exception. There's not going to be a "mandate" to celebrate the Tridentine Mass every week in every parish.

Mandating it in every diocese I can understand.

You can learn Latin the same way you learn anything else--by repetition. If I can do it, you can too... Dominos Vobiscum...
