Would the Eucharist have been left in the Tabernacle all night or placed somewhere else? I watched the video. Apparently the Eucharist was left in there and found strewn all over the lawn the next day. There was no money in the church, except for the few quarters and dimes used to light candles. Perhaps $5 in change was taken ... the damage is priceless.

It is unlikely that there had been a count of the consecrated Hosts prior to the vandalism. Those found on the lawn do not eliminate the possibilty that the purpose was theft of the Eucharist for satanic purposes such as use at a black mass and that the Hosts strewn on the lawn were strewn precisely for the purpose of making this appear the act of brainless vandals rather than satanists.
