How would you read this verse?

[23] But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

If I were to read this in the same manner as you read V.18 then Peter is Satan.

Surely Christ didn't build his church on the rock called satan.
