Granted, we all probably agree about Congress, but c'mon.

Verifiable by whom? Everyone has "verifiable facts" that they use to trash the other guy.Well I suppose that's where the debate would come in. Follow the link drsteve gave earlier and you can see for yourself the kind of facts that are objected to by the Mormons.
I've not been one to bash anyone or their religion. Sure, I've made some comments in the heat of battle I was sorry for, but I've come back and apologized. I don't like feeling that I can't debate those of the Mormon persuasion without fearing getting a time out.

For example, using the Book of Mormon, other Mormon resources, the UMC Book of Discipline, etc., these would be a verifiable resources. If the information is incorrect, it should be easily refuted.
