How is this question of yours relevant to anything being discussed?
To: Poet Laureate
Well, apparently it's given you a new purpose in life.
To: Corin Stormhands; Saundra Duffy
Corin:
Aside from that, how is it relevant?
You asked an LDS how many founding fathers were LDS.
What is your point in asking this question?
To: Poet Laureate
I don't owe you an explanation for my asking a question. Any question.
Had you gone your merry way, the question would've been buried by now.
Let it go. I didn't ask YOU anyway.
To: Corin Stormhands
Fine. You don't want to answer my question.
I shall conclude you asked the question to point out that LDS is somehow less authentically American than your religion.
I could be wrong, but you refuse to shed any light on the real reason.
To: Poet Laureate
I shall conclude you asked the question to point out that LDS is somehow less authentically American than your religion. Well that conclusion makes about as much sense as anything else you've been spouting.
I don't judge my faith, or anyone else's faith based on how American it is.
Sheesh!
To: Corin Stormhands
You asked the question for a reason.
I cannot think of any charitable or relevant reason that you would have asked such a question.
And you have not offered one (perhaps you don't have one - and your practice is to post random unrelated questions).
To: Poet Laureate; P-Marlowe
I asked someone else the question. Not you.
Of course, now that I've read back through some of your other posts in the last few days I've remembered that your call in life is merely to be argumentative. Very little substance on your own part if I do say so myself.
Consider this my last response to you. You're wasting my time.

Joseph Smith went from essentially no more understanding than any 14 year old boy might have concerning the nature of God, to an understanding the transcended the greatest knowledge and understanding of any man who has ever lived.More than even Jesus Christ? He was a man that lived, right?

Corin - you have no explanation as to why you asked your question.
The only plausible explanation - without your explanation - is that you asked the question to question the degree to which the LDS are as authentically American as your religion is.
This is small-minded, at best.

Spammy and stoopid is no way to go through life son.
What is it with this guy? I can't find a coherent sentence to argue with...It makes no sense.
To: Corin Stormhands
Maybe e.e. cummings is an influence.
To: Corin Stormhands
What is it with this guy? I can't find a coherent sentence to argue with...It makes no sense. I had the same problem on another thread. He just won't accept anything for an answer except total agreement with what he thinks. I tried to pretend to agree with him and he still argued with me and called me names and insulted me at every turn.
Rather than get upset, I have chosen just to ignore him completely. I suggest that everyone do that for a while and he will slink away. He is only here to garner attention for himself.
He thinks he's a poet but his poetry consists of lousy limricks, which are NOT poetry. They are supposed to be humor. But his limericks aren't even funny.

Hey - you figured it out!
I would never waste a true poem on you.
Any man who belittles others who post a question or a point - instead of addressing the substance of their posts - is worthy only of low-rent limericks.
You are so cheap.
