No. Allah is simply the contraction of al illah (last h optional) the Arabic equivalent of the Greek ho theos or English the god. In both Arabic and Greek monotheism is expressed principally by putting the definite article in front of the word for a deity, rather than by treating the word as a proper noun.

Arabic speaking Orthodox, Melekite and Maronite Christians sing Qudduson Allah when Greek speaking Christians sing Hagios ho theos, and English speaking sing Holy God.

The point is the Allah of the Mohammedans is a lie, while the Allah of the Christians is the All-Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

That's right. You might also note that the Christian Maltese also call God "Alah" - and in 1565 they fought for Him with exemplary courage.
