Instead of being depressed that this level of corruption is in my church, I choose to be glad it is coming to the light of day. This state is so Democrat and has so many Catholics who vote Democrat, I am not surprised this judge, who's probably a Democrat, would be so bold! Certainly, I get annoyed with the overly litigous nature our culture now has, not exactly following Christ's admonitions, but when I read about this I say, thank God for these guys, I am sure He would be saying "go get them."
