I stand by St. Pius's Bull, however. Do you? Do you stand with this sainted Pope?
Your statement and your question are completely devoid of meaning. What do you mean stand by? What sort of meaning or interpretation to this document are you asking if I stand by? Are you claiming that this document binds all Popes for all generations liturgically? If so, your source suits you.

Nope. I'm just stating that St. Pius said that the codified Mass at his time could not be forbidden in the future to any priest wishing to celebrate it.

This document?

For heavens sake, it's a Bull issued by a great Pope who has been declared a saint. What more do you need?
