Ummmmmmmmm that sounds really Mormon Robby

The bible is pretty silent on that except where Jesus does the teaching that there will be no marriage bond in heaven

Jesus also taught the we were to love Him more than our mothers, fathers and family...those two things together seem to speak to the fact that God is a jealous God..and He wants and demands and expects our full worship and love

"Why did God make me?

To know love and serve Him in this world and the next" a God centered response

I believe we will be so awed by the majesty and presence of God that we will not be concerned with events of this world..HE will be the center and focus of our eternity.

Robby what if your dad or mom is in hell? See we always have the "assumption" that our loved ones are in a better place..but that is not what scripture says...most will never see God..most will burn for eternity. That is not a "nice" thought but it is the reason we send missionaries..it is the reason the gospel is preached..

Robby we need to be praying for the living..I HOPE that my children are going to be with God forever..but I will not be jealous if they prefer to spend time with Him and not me :>)

Marriage is a sacrament,a means of grace , whose proper ministers are husband and wife--not merely a contract between two spiritually unrelated individuals. Fully realized, the bond between man and wife is even stronger than between mother and child. Why else talk about two becoming one flesh?

Sorry, I don't think that the saints are oblivious to what is happening on earth. That makes the love they professed for us to have been a mere ploy.
