Yes, she was judged at the moment of her death, which is in God's eyes the same as now or indeed the very moment of Creation. Forget it, Robby. Mom's God is big enough to be master of time when it comes to her considering herself "clean" when she clearly isn't yet. But he's not big enough to be master of time when it comes to our prayers for the dearly departed.

But he's not big enough to be master of time when it comes to our prayers for the dearly departed. Dave, Dave, Dave:)....It's not a matter of God's power. It is a matter of Man's power. God did put man in the constraits of a time frame. We have to mak a choice for God within the time frame of our physical life on earth. Once that is over no amount of prayers will change the choices we make.
Do you understand this concept and just don't agree, or do you not understand?

21 and longing to be fed with the crumbs which were falling from the rich man's table; besides, even the dogs were coming and licking his sores.

24 "And he cried out and said, 'Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus so that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue, for I am in agony in this flame.'
25 "But Abraham said, 'Child, remember that during your life you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus bad things; but now he is being comforted here, and you are in agony.
26 'And besides all this, between us and you there is a great chasm fixed, so that those who wish to come over from here to you will not be able, and that none may cross over from there to us.'
27 "And he said, 'Then I beg you, father, that you send him to my father's house--
28 for I have five brothers--in order that he may warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.'
29 "But Abraham said, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear them.'
30 "But he said, 'No, father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent!'

Dave you are a smart man..and you are a man with a real interest in spiritual things..a wonderful thing.
You understand exactly what I have said..you just do not choose to believe it..
God has forgiven me and moved my sins as far s the east is from the west..He has promised he sees them NO MORE..those are his words not mine.
Not one of us "feel" worthy, ..that is what brings repentance
Not one of us is worthy ..that is what Gods mercy means
You know all of that , and you know exactly what Mack and I have said...me thinks you have spiritual eyes you prefer to keep shut for now because to open then might mean that you have to make a very painful decision
