Third, establishing courts of justice is one of the Seven Laws of Noah that are binding on all mankind. Subsidiary to this is that false witness is wrong.

My copy must be hung up in the mail. So, bearing false witness against a man is criminal, but bearing false witness against the Most High, i.e. idolatry, is perfectly ok!?!
