No I am saying that God has given a general grace to all mankind

What is the effect of this "general grace" on the reprobate? What purpose does it serve? Is this general grace sufficient to "save" anyone?

General grace is a restraing force that keeps man from being as evil as his heart desires..it keeps us from eating each other and it allows for "orderly " government. It is a witness IN the world of His existance

Mat 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Act 14:17   Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
