I'm glad too. It is enough of a burden to have to describe you guys' misbehavior to those that need to know what to expect.

The behavior of you guys here is awful. It is ungodly. It is not Christian. As evidence, we have the latest anti-Catholic thread in the Smokey Backroom, many, many anti-LDS threads, lots of mockery and scorn, and lots of stalking, such as restornu could only avoid by signing up again to get another handle (that is now taken care of), or by learning to ignore you (see below).

When we call you guys on your misbehavior, you often say God requires it of you. See for example Terry's #993, where she quotes a passage about the Lord setting Ezekiel to be a watchman on the tower unto the house of Israel. It is his duty (and by extension, the duty of all true prophets) to be vigilant.

But you guys are not the watchmen. You, in your ignorance of what God wants you to do, are the barbarians at the gates with the battering rams, the ones about whom the rest of us need to be warned.

• Do you think God requires this anti-Catholic, anti-Arminian, anti-LDS persecution from you?

  If yes, then you do not know God.

• Do you think your private interpretation of the Bible empowers and obligates you to this misbehavior?

  If yes, then you do not understand the Bible.

• Will you guys persist until you are banned because you believe God requires you to persecute others?

  If yes, then you guys should be banned right now. (Whether JimRob actually sees fit to do so is a separate matter.)

This is why I say: You aggressive Calvinists do not understand the Bible, do not know God, and need to be banned.

Until you are banned, if anyone sees fit to just ignore any or all posts from you guys, they should do so. That has been happening, and so that is why you want to have these "discussions" with "ground rules" in order to better pursue your persecution. You guys are stuck in the 16th century.

WM, did you even read the article that was most recently sent to the backroom? I've got about 1/2 way thru it now; its very good.

Compare that article to the attack on the author of that peice. Big difference. It was something you should be proud of. Whine enough, cry foul enough to have a thread sent packing. Only then can you pretend it didn't exist. You are a master of it.

Their philosophy seems to be "We don't care if using honey to catch flies is more successful than using vinegar, using the vinegar is much more fun."
