I thought of you guys tonight as I was looking at a new book called "Why I Believe". One of the sections is by a lawyer and since we were admiring lawyers so much a day or two ago I thought you might want to strike up a debate with this guy.
His name is Michael K. Young, a lawyer who also happens to be an LDS stake president in addition to currently being dean and professor of law at George Washington University Law School, a member of the U.S. commission on international religious freedom, committee on international judicial relations, and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He also served as an ambassador in George Bush Sr.'s administration among many other things.
Unfortunately, he's almost certainly not a Freeper with all the demands on his time. It's a shame. He probably would have ALMOST measured up to P-Marlowe's standards.
I guess you guys will just have to wait until I have more time myself. Or entertain yourselves on your new threads. I haven't bothered to read them yet.

Have you read "Why I Believe?" I signed up for the Deseret Book club, and received a free copy. I just haven't had time to read it yet. I was most certainly surprised to see Harry Reid's name in there, I didn't realize that he was LDS until the Dems took over the Senate last year, and then his religious affiliation started being mentioned.
