Hebrews 8:4 If He were on earth, He would not be a priest...
You are interpreting this to mean that Christ cannot return to earth? That is so odd that it defies the history of real Christianity. The return of Christ has always been taught everywhere and at all times.

No, this means that the Lord cannot return without bringing the TRUE TABERNACLE with Him when He comes:
- Hebrews 8:4 If he were on earth, He would not be priest.
- Revelation 21 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
The Lord is not returning for a 1000 years of living in the anteroom of hell. He is going to push the anteroom into the Lake of Fire with His coming. See Rev 20:11. He will bring the dwelling place of God with Him when He comes. This is ~Amillennialism~. This is the Apostle's creed. This is Biblical.
Hebrews 8:4 rules out Premillennialism!
