isn't the United States of America supposed to be about MAJORITY RULE?
This is kind of a dumb comment, were it true, Al Gore would be president having received a greater number of popular votes in the 2000 election.

All I'm saying about the Majority Rule thing is that when the people speak at the ballot box, the Majority is supposed to win out (though I'm happy an electoral college exists to prevent voter fraud ballot box stuffing from electing Al Gore), but as we've seen from this screwy 9th circuit, even election results fail to become law if one pissy little Minority whispers "We don't like that" in their ear.
A 9-1 Majority should win out but when that 1 dissenting voice wants to bitch, the whole 9th circuit scrambles to make HIM comfy!
What a crock.
