Ummm, call me cynical, but something tells me jail won't stop gay behaviors...

True but it would make them more cautious and would prevent many from doing certain things. . It would serve to inhibit this destructive behavior. It would help to protect us and our children. Rewarding good behavior and punishing bad behavior. People who cannot recognize homosexuality as bad behavior are probably too dim to execute but they are also not smart enough to be around normal people.
