Do you need to be lifted up? We all do. God wants to lift you up. How do we know? What loving Father doesn't want to lift his child up into his arms? But you probably forgot the very simple thing you once knew. When you were little, people picked you up. Whether you remember or not, there was something you had to do first. It's hard to pick up a child when the child keeps his arms at his side or folded up. Go to a child who wants to be picked up, and that child will immediately open up it's arms. Then the child can be grabbed and lifted into the air. I know your much bigger now, and much heavier, and your problems seems very heavy, but you still need to be lifted up and thrown into the air.God is stretching His strong arms to you. Unfold the arms of your spirit, drop what your holding onto, and lift up the arms of your heart so that your Daddy can lift you up in His love. You can look into His eyes and be so far above all your problems. If you'll open up the arms of your heart in faith, you'll see the amazing truth. It's not so heavy after all.

Today allow the Lord to lift you up above a problem you're facing and take a step of faith to yield it over to His care.
