Welcome from one who came back home this Easter..It was a moving experience on Ash Weds. when I went to purchase a newspaper at the local quick check; there across the street was our church. As I emerged from the car, somehow I felt as if two hands were on my shoulders directing me into the church. Participating at the Mass and listening to the homily just gave me an overwhelming feeling of what I have been missing all these years. God does work in mysterious ways and I am very grateful that He has given me that second chance.

Welcome to our family!
An Irish Prayer May those who love us, love us;
and those who don't love us,
may God turn their hearts;
and if He doesn't turn their hearts,
may he turn their ankles
so we'll know them by their limping.

Thanks for the ping, father_elijah.
Welcome to all new FReeper Catholics. May God continue to bless you and your families.
I can think of only a couple of links at this time that y'all might enjoy. If I can think of others, I'll post them here.
The Word Among Us - Web site for a monthly that has daily Mass readings and meditations. I start every morning with this.
Dads.org - Online resource site for St. Joseph's Covenant Keepers (founded by Steve Wood) ... basically a Catholic version of Promise Keepers.
Welcome home!
AC
